Recommended Reading

This list contains some good resources on the Web for finding e-texts, some recommendations of print novelists and poets you might enjoy (in no way exhaustive).  It also has some suggestions for books about writing.  You may find that reading books about writing is inspiring to you, or you may find that this kind of book simply defeats you.  If you are discouraged by books about writing, you should stay away from them.  But if you find them helpful, then indulge.  I often find that reading good writers is the best inspiration.
