Plotting (Discovery)

1.  Assigned Reading:

                 The beginning of Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights

                 Paul's Case by Willa Cather.

2. Weekly Exercise:  There will be no weekly exercise this week, just a few lecture notes.  I hope that you can put this "Discovery" information to use on a final Workshop piece!  It's helpful to study your readings for this week carefully to see what elements of the plot are set up right from the beginning!
